No damage to neither the shipping or product boxes,the lid is fine but the cup itself is cracked into three. Trading it in for a replacement, will update once I get it.
Update: 6/27/2020 After requesting a replacement,I received a perfectly intact mug within 3 days. It’s very big, sturdy, and cute; I’ll definitely be using it for all of my noodle needs. To my surprise,I thought the mug only had one photo of the chicken on it,but there’s actually three-all with different faces and poses. Definitely will buy again for my boyfriend.

Where do I start?! Bigger than I expected, and so versatile! I included a pic that shows an entire packet of buldak noodles with a full packet of Kimchi topping-fits all of that with two inches of room to spare! Came packaged snugly-no problems there either. IMPRESSED!!! So frickin cute, too!!

Adorable and very well made. Also, very useful, not just for Ramen noodles. Use it for oatmeal, soup, stew, spaghetti, etc. Love it, so glad I purchased them. I purchased 3 of them.I kept 2 for myself and gave 1 away as a gift. They were well packed and none of them came broken. Also, the person who received it as a gift, loved it.

Update: The replacement arrived and it’s in perfect condition. A very good size for a single portion of ramen, I definitely recommend. 5 stars for the new product, -1 because it needed the replacement in the first place. I’ve purchased the smaller pink one and received the smaller black one as a Christmas gift. Ordered the larger one to complete the set and much like the other review, mine also arrived broken in pieces. Currently waiting on a replacement and will update than but as of right now it seems this item is easily breakable.

The bowl and cover arrived earlier than expected! And it was in great shape. I did find the packaging quite different from the one I purchased at a local Asian grocery store, so I was a bit concerned. But, provided that it performs in the same manner, it will not be an issue.

After seeing all the reviews showing broken items, I was hesitant to buy one, but wanted one for my daughter. I bought it anyway. I am so happy to say that it travelled all the way to Australia and arrived in perfect condition!
