This little robot really gets the job done. We have a 1050 sq ft condo with laminate,tile,and carpet flooring,as well as an accent rug in the living room. The Tikom easily transitions from the laminate onto the rug without getting hung up. The first time I used it, I thought it wasn’t going into the corners and up close to the baseboards, but by letting it do its thing, after it had cleaned all of the floor surfaces, it then went around the whole room right up to the baseboards, with the little side brushes whirling away all the dust, even into the corners. It is also slim enough to go under 3 cabinets that my older version Roomba gets stuck under.I used the mop on the kitchen floor for the first time today and had to adjust the water output to the lowest level so as not to put too much water on the laminate. I didn’t think the floor was at all dirty,but when I removed the mop cover,it said otherwise. I also love that the suction is adjustable. I use it on the highest setting for the very dense carpeting in the bedroom and den and it does an amazing job.For the price of this robot compared to roomba and some other brands, I believe it’s very good value. Very pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a robot vacuum.

This is our first vacuum and mop robot. And honestly,it brings us great joy!
With this model,we seem to have had great luck. Delivery was fast, everything was in excellent condition, and the installation was clearly explained and completed quickly.
Setup via the easy-to-install and use app, it now starts its cleaning work every day at the same time. It cleans everything that comes its way. It curiously explores the four rooms on the floor using an algorithm known only to it. Then it carefully cleans. It moves cautiously forward and is very considerate of its surroundings. It is quite flat and manages to get under furniture easily. It can also confidently crawl over carpet edges and cleans more strongly on the carpet. It even handles cords and fringes-although we sometimes have to move them out of the way (we have both learned: I re-arranged the trailing plants and took the cords as far as possible out of the way-it is more careful at those specific spots and hardly gets stuck anymore). We rarely use the mopping function, but it is sufficient.
Using the map in the app, we can track the cleaned path. Also, depending on the app settings, it is not particularly loud.
After about an hour of work, it acoustically signals that its battery is low and then drives back to its charging station. However, when a manual task is assigned, this process can be a bit uncoordinated and involve large detours. the charging process takes about half a day.This is the only criticism I have, as it is disproportionately long and should be faster.
Still, it remains a mystery how it fills the dustbin to the brim every day, even though it has been cleaning the same spot for weeks now. Perhaps it deliberately leaves some dirt for the next day? And for how long will this “enthusiasm” last?
In any case, we are extremely satisfied with it. It makes the space noticeably cleaner than our previous weekly manual vacuuming. From now on, we’ll only use the vacuum robot.
