This purchase was there was no user manual included, and the online version is very out dated. I am not sure how to program the short keys.However, they were already programmed with commands, I use the one I need, and I use the keyboard shortcuts more often than not because that's what I am used to.I do take care to protect the plug in pieces as they can wear with abuse, but honestly, this was well worth the money spent. I've never used a graphics tablet before so I do not have anything to compare it with,but I am extremely pleased with this one. This is great for any artist, especially one just learning the ropes.
